What to do for the first night in London?

Getting through Heathrow was a breeze. Only passport control - automated. There was no COVID information required. I took the tube to Picadilly Circus, walked around to Liester Square and then to Pall Mall to check in at the Travellers Club. Fortunately they let me into the room early (it was only noon) and I was able to have a sleep. I then walked (about 20 Mins) to Victoria past Buckingham Palace to see if I could get a ticket for Hamilton at the Victoria Palace. Success - two tickets only were available at 4 pm for the 7.30 performance. I bought one. Having read the book by Ron Cherneau of "Hamilton" and seen the play on Disney+ twice I was keen to see a live performance. It was a full house and the youngish looking audience obviously knew the musical well as they cheered and clapped at all the key moments. (even the granddaughters know the music!). It is of interest that the London performance of Hamilton is presented in collaboration with Cameron MacKintosh (Les Miserables and other musicals).
